why all lvl 21 twink move to 22-23?

Im now lvl 24 coz all in lvl 21 move up too. I wanna know why all lvl 21 twink move up. Btw lvl 22-24 is good too hehe

It might be due to the fact that the enemies stay the same but stats get higher and you get another skill point, it happens alot.

as cap level get higher i think its a tendency to go up slowly.

wise player, since new client and ursoth came....all tarlok user are gone..even level 16 17 18 19...or 21 22 23 never rely in tarlok set...may be thats some reason why they level up..every level has their own ursoth set for each level...not just a tarlok lv10,15,20 etc....

ps..i guess...more advantage level and more benefits from ursoth are..the level i mentioned.. lv12-13 cap...17-18...22-23...and so on.

I've been playing now in lvl 10 so many active players and guilds I can say lvl 10 is good too. Too many noob coming so if you planning to have a good kdr without using dummy you can play on this bracket. For me lvl 16-19 and 21-23 is the best bracket for me its balance fast facing fight as long as no 5 tanks. Now I didn't use my twink lvl 10. And move to 41

I kind of agree on this, but the low level twinks will always remain (ex: lvl 10-18) they always stay

Main reason Enimies are moving up to have on the upper hand on the lv 21 so that's the reason. And lv 21 is a bit slow as compared to 22 23

There are 3 good reason I think pvp at lvl 22-24 is best. #1 the gear are cheap and many. So everyone can have a fair stat. #2 skill build in all 3 classes are perfectly use. #3 5v5 clash war is going really fast even one team play 5 tanks.
