    Default Spacetime studios support???

    I've had an issue now with a ton of free apps I've recently downloaded, one of which I downloaded and installed to achieve my 84 platinum, but one if the requirements was to level to level 5, so I did just that and never received my tricking platinum which wasent a shocker at all.

    So I send this to STS support, and as soon as I submit the request it says my case has been resolved.... I checked 7 hours later and it still says my case has been resolved with no response to my initial request. Then I check some old request I had like last year that I forgot about and it is also marked as resolved from the initial sending of the request.

    I'm not too sure what's going on here, but I'd like to Atleast get my 84 platinum that I spent 2 hours playing some game I dident even enjoy to get the platinum I know I'm supposed to talk to STS, but they aren't responding to my cases, and they are marking them as resolved when I still have no platinum on my account after downloading 5+ apps....

    Tickets get filtered, if a phrase like "free platinum offer issue" is detected or similar, it's categorised as resolved and moved lower on the list to allow the more important issues (lost accounts, platinum purchases not going through, etc.) to be resolved first due to their higher priority.

    In addition, for such issues you're supposed --and probably will have more luck in getting responses-- to email the corresponding third-party service not STS (eg. NativeX, TrialPay).

    Thank you kind sir for the response, that helped quite a bit, maybe STS can resolve this issue but if not, I'll try nativex. Thanks!
