Who Does the Voices Behind the Characters?

You know how famous David Hayter is for making the voice of Solid Snake. Same Idea here, who did the voices for all the characters with speech? (i.e. Mynas, Keeper, Brom)

Actually, I wish Brom Dandy, King of Bling/Hearts, and all those guys had a different voice. They sound kind of (no offense to anyone...) fruity. Bulky sized bosses with high pitched voices doesn't sound cool.

I'm willing to sample some :P

I asked Cinco once bc the OL sounds like a Dalek to me. I forgot his answer, but I think he said a friend did most of the sound effects/voices.
