Don't think this will happen.
Too late to change anything on this event but a good suggestion for the next one.
Since both Helena and Ursoth were elite bosses, it doesn't make sense that only Ursoth has hogged both exclusive drops (Elondrian Locked chests & Little Bear eggs).
