QUESTION - when the 77 cap comes, and we are 76 can we still do elite red dragon slayer quest to get the shadow minion disguise and do the quest to get best friend eternally still?

Because some alts I capped but not finished 76 red dragon kills and 1 onyx kill.

Since you brought that up, I do remember Technoemail saying one day that the Volconut would make a return, I'd have to thread dig to make sure. But, it would be really great if they did bring it back in this update for capping in a certain amount of time. This is a suggestion. I am only saying this because I am almost sure that she did say that.
