Uhmmmm helena is easier to kill in a lower lvl, 40/41 can do elite.

you can do elites, but... farming isn't the best idea atm. when everything is not worth the 10 mins or more for a pink that hardly drops(or the prices suck) or a you have a team that isn't skilled in playing elites. kinda nothing lol

Erm...pros? Elites, better community than twink levels (IMO)
cons: expensive gear (will cost you above 120m if you wish to go maxed).

The community at lvl 41 is far better than any other level I have played at. It is worth it to have a capped toon for that reason alone. The thing is you can have 4 characters on one account. So make a couple of twinks and a couple of capped characters. Then you get the best of all worlds.

hard to kill event bosses
hard pvp: lots of mythic and arcane
