Warning to al facebook login players. important!

this thread is a warning and a reminder to all other al players using facebook to login. so they do not follow my footsteps and get their facebook accounts locked

in short, today, i bought a new computer to enhance my playing speeds and get better graphics. when i ran AL and used facebook to login, i immediately got my facebook account permanently locked until i answer the security question of matching my friends to their pictures.

the problems is that ive got tons of fb friends i already forgot or are spam invites. also, u have to answer all 5 matching pictures correctly. also, there is no other way to unlock your account. in other words, ur al account is also locked. permanently.also, u also cannot log in using ur old devices to log in as ur account is locked, although being innocent and not doing anything wrong. imagine the inconvenience!

also, even u answer all the security questions correctly, the procedure is very complicated, annoying and takes a long time to complete. thousands of fb user have already suffered from this and i am sure many other al players use facebook to log in.

in order to not follow my footsteps, i recommend u all to delete spammed friends, memorise ur friend's faces, or not to use facebook to log in. or keep to ur device.

i hope u all can advoid this tragedy. millions of gold and worse, friendships are hard to recover. Protect yourself thanks

Try emailing support@spacetimestudios.com with your dillemma. I'm sure that if you can find some way to prove that it is you, they should be able to unlock the account for you or assignment it some new credentials.

I know it's a Facebook account but they should be able to change the login credentials for you provided that you can prove that it is infact you.

This is the same crap as what goes on in AL. I don't think young people today understand what the word "friend" means. It means someone you are friends with. Not someone you met once, or you happen to pass by once and glance at. Friend is someone you know well. So if you send me a friend request and we have never spoken more than once, most likely it will be declined. That does not mean I don't like you. It means we are not friends.

Obviously the programmers of Facebook think so as well. If you don't know what your friends look like, then they should not be listed as being your friends.

Edit: Contact STS Support WONT WORK. Only Facebook Support can help you, you use their system, they create the system. I only locked in my Ipad, seriously I got a bug that cannot be fixed and I cant fix it even 2 month I CANT.

I mean I cant login the Facebook in Settings, I always got the bug "Error" and I never get an error in my Ipad.

Lol you can fix this with facebook. Try to contact their support team. They will ask for your valid id e.g drivers license. They will look at it. I had the same issue as you but it was with a different game.

You have to fix your facebook account first by emailing fb support, sts cant help you with account not logged with an email as far as i know, I've requested them to change my account type from gmail to email reply was "cant process" probably means they have no way of doing it or refuses to do it.

I'm a Facebook-log-in user and in the past, I had contacted STS in order to have my Facebook log in changed to an e-mail address. They told me that they cannot help me with that. I'm sorry about you, sad to see people "banned" because of no reason :-(

Had happend to me once. After 2 days of trying I finally unlocked my fb. Keep Trying your daily limit face matching stuffs. On a lucky day you will get your known friends' faces to identify
