you earn rep power calculated by the amount of rep points you earned (I dunno how it is calculated exactly..i just know if rep is added to my total rep points, i get more rep power)

You could either get a lot of thanks for your green bars, they will show up like "Thanked <amount of times you were thanked> times in <amount of posts people clicked the thanks button> posts"

When someone is adds rep, it doesn't show up in the "Thanked # times in # posts"
