STS are you a mature developer?

How much you study and understand your customers?

We are doubting about how do you process your work.

You should have learned that you can never please ALL the players.
No matter how you change your decision you will get complained.
So, please seriously think of pro-con BEFORE you announce something.
And in advance, please PREPARE SOLUTION for possible customer complaint.

And please be FIRMED in your announcement.

The players who BELIEVE and follow your announcement should not get BETRAYED.

LOL. I guess someone wanted easy money and got busted.

In fact, STS is doing pretty good job in maintaining a balance of several areas at once.
- pet stats vs ways to get them
- boredom of easiness vs people giving up a hard task
- adding interesting stuff that is not OP
- giving ways to new players for getting gold yet keeping prices low (you can run elites well with gear worth <50k)
etc.

We customers deserve relaxation playing game.
The game developers should be serious about every path of the game. This is their career.
But since this game is pay to win, so cant help that some customers cant relax.
If STS working style is listening to the customers, they should mange to "listen" before "speak", that's why we have this forum.

Well they did listen, they changed the requirement of Singe for Nekro before it was released, and that's what matters.
If you try to outsmart others, well from time to time you get busted. I do, most of the time.

And, it's not like they nerfed an existing item (S&S or Nekro or Singe or whatever), so there's really nothing to complain about.

I mean to listen before making announcement, it's totally different between feedback threat and announcement threat, I hope you can figure it out. Idc if you think that I try to outsmart or something, I don't need to look smart in the game forum, I can do that in other places in real life. Lol.

Like other customers I paid $$ and I will say this and hope STS will listen and improve, hope nobody get hurt from this repeated mistake.
