Low Level Twinking

Hey y'all,

I've been thinking for a long time of starting to twink. I've dabbled in it in the past and haven't found it all that amazing mainly because I've been on my own and all the major guilds gang up on me.

This time though I've decided to give it a second chance; which level of PvP would you guys recommend, based on

• Activeness
• Cost of gear
• Not too much ganging/trashtalking/spawnkilling/blocking and whatever

I'm personally interested in L11, 12 or 13. I'd also like guild recommendations, gear recommendations (budget is [preferably a lot] below 500k - I'm used to being undergeared) and help on builds.

Um I'm twinking at 12. Have been inactive since a few weeks, as concentrating on end game.
This level is a lot of fun. But you can't buy best rogue and warrior set for 500k . Warriors need storm sword or DWS that are over 800k and talon potency amu which is over 700k. Yes, mage needs very less budget for gear.

Are u sure? Best amulet is worth 1m lol.. the ring around 300k armor,helm around 150-200. Bow 100..
