I don't understand that... you are farming while you're running the maps to a degree... maybe not the best spots but you can still loot stuff while doing the event. If you're really good you can even pocket prizes!

Yes we are running the contest hard, this is for few reasons. First, for all of the newer players to complete these maps at least once so they earn the APs for them. Second, to skill up as a team. Nord/Shuyal is tough, it's good practice for everyone to get out of their comfort zones of PT/Tind where we are on total cruise mode.

However, we will happily farm with you as well just spam the GC or any officer what maps you want to run and we will gladly run them. Don't get discouraged, we all like to farm too!

One thing I notice is that in Nordr/Shuyal I'm experiencing huge lag, and I mean huge. Nothing like this in Tindirin or Tombs, which more and more leads me to believe that timers themselves have something to do with lag. Maybe it's just me, although I sincerely doubt it.

Same. I get huge spikes, no DC but the lag is there really bad.

I think I've seen it once or twice, but I forgot what it looks like. It was a really popular weapon for people who couldn't afford the arcane maul. There are still some that sell for quite a lot. I didn't loot that type though :/.
