And at bosses, swap frost bolt for lightning.

Nooooooo... Typically at boss, you'd want optimal damage output = swap clock for lightning, keep frost this is what 95% mages do, js

@instant Yes swapping time shift is nice if you like to maintain distance from boss. As I use 4attack build without shield, I love both of those skills at boss.
Yes its just about your play style- how you love to play. I've seen many pro elite farmers using clock at bosses. Some of TC-ER and Enigmatic, so choose what you like.
