I used to play this a few years ago but got bored with it and just now got into it, so excuse my question hehe.

There are no repairs in this game. If you mean crafting there is a whole section on forums for it. And if you aren't liquidating your items, meaning selling then for minimal value from inventory which I don't recommend, then either add to the CS or advertise the item in town. If you don't know the price check the CS for the same item and assume about 5-10% less than listed price, or ask on traders section of the forums. Simply name the item and ask for a price check. Someone will respond promptly I promise.
