Pvp 23 War Build

Hello, I just returned a couple days ago and I'm deciding to settle at 23 for a while.
If anyone knows what items/build to use, please let me know.

An insanely pro build for 23 rogue is 3/5 sp (life steal, and armor reduction) 5/5 aimshot 5/5 packs 5/5 NOx 5/5 agility

Gear:

Storm sword potency lv. 23
ancient druid set of potency lv. 23
Ensorcelled band of potency Lv. 21
Sacred elondrian pendant of will lv. 23
Dovabear is good

As for the build, it's whatever suits you most. I find myself content with the following 5 skill build:

2/5 cs (last upgrade)
3/5 ss (stun and increased dmg upgrades)
4/5 heal (all upgrades except taunt)
5/5 vb
2/5 jugg (with self heal upgrade)
5/5 str passive

Did jugg self heal really works in PvP?
Some people say it wouldn't, and how about the 20% ignored pain.. i take 3/5, ignore pain and self heal too (while I still use jugg)

If you 23, I'd do the 20% ignore pain upgrade on Jugg, sorry added the points up wrong lol

And yes, self-heal works.
