Is sunblessed scimitar supposed to be silent?

This maybe the most insignificant bug, but..

(On my bear) Sunblessed scimitar of the rift makes no sound, you only hear sword noises when you use a skill. And when you open a treasure chest with it, it doesn't make that gratifying coins-flying-everywhere noise.

Yes, i put silencers on all of them.. Yes its possible to silence a sword.
