Better than Savage

The new level 77 STR set is better than Savage in every stat but base damage by about 40, but the skill damage is better than Savage by about 10 dmg for every skill. Also, the new sword has a -12% hit debuff dark proc. It's kind of like Orlok vs. Demonic, where Demonic has the higher base dmg.

I've seen many bear vs bear fights, one bear beat another 10-0 twice, they had the same gear and neither had an elite ring. Now are you gonna tell me the bear that won was extremely lucky or maybe he was more skillful?
