No need for ib if you're debuff. If you land your first combo, they won't be doing damage to you.

6 rage, 6 hs, 6 cb, 3 beckon, 1 stomp, 1 SMS, 1 cripple is what I use.

I'd say no because the level range is made up of a lot of mages and rhinos who heal out of hs and then you're usually at a loss since 3 cb doesn't give a very big damage debuff. Unless you're using a nuke build and an fbow then you want to debuff. I'm also fairly new at this level range though so I could be wrong.

I wouldn't max beckon and stomp or you will you be flinging the enemy far away. But maybe 4 beckon and 3 stomp, 6 rage, 6 hs, 1 SMS, 1 cripple, 3 cb.

If you want a true "nuke" build for bear than yeah you would need 6 beckon 6 stomp.
But with fblow you can use any build and still be good, debuff being the best "all around" build.
