The skills system, that is a big one and it's coming. But, [b]we don't have any specifics yet[b] to share. We know we need to address skills and skill points to make them meaningful before we raise the level cap again so it's on our roadmap.

I may be misinterpreting this, so I am going to raise the question.

Does this mean that the changes to the skills system is still in the early stages? I would imagine that a change to the skills system would take several months, and that little work on an expansion would be taking place during the work on the skills changes. Therefore, it sounds like the next expansion is many months out.
