I know L30 items are derpy and I was wondering what lvl do I have to be to farm L30 pinks/items

L28, 29, or 30. I was always told you can't be l30 but actually its only the pinks are l30 when you farm as a l30.

I believe you mean for swamp items. As long as you are 30 and the threat level is white you should be getting level 30 drops, don't quote me on it, since I never have actually 30 farmed there

i confirmed it myself. the pinks are lvl30 but the rest are randomly 31 items. good lucky on farming swamp items cuz they are a pain >o<

How does threat level effect the drop table? (Not trying to get into an altercation, just want you to elaborate if this is true)

threat level essentially indicates the level of the enemy, so at level 30 a yellow threat level would be L31/33 and red would be L35 I believe, again I am not sure exactly how it scales since different items scale to different levels.
the threat level used to be a defining factor for scaled loot, however, most drops simply scale to each individual character in the game. So Im not 100% sure that it would affect loot anymore.

Threat level doesn't necessarily dictate drops but rather tailors drops and EXP to your character.
In a party with a high level, you will still receive drops scaled respectively to your own level.
Level 30 is able to farm L30 Croc Feud Pinks.
