Little Bear is better than the two.
1. Wrathjaw is out of question the least.
2. Malison gives 20 STR / 20 DEX / 20 INT and crit and Dodge
3. Little Bear gives better stats 20 STR / 25 DEX / 15 INT +80 armor and another 10% armor

Malison if you prefer to deal a bit more damage but less survivability, or little bear If you prefer to survive a lot longer such as clashes.

IMO, its armor. Crit and Doged are based on luck, and the increase is not very noticeable. Unless the crit is somewhat like Ribbit or Gyrm.
