Ancient druid of will is the best and cheapest set for elites

if you are not doing elites buy the ancient druid of potency set for more dmg

Is int or dex the preferred secondary stat on gear? I read and see in game that most tanks struggle for mana but I know dex will give dodge n crit...do I stack one or try to mix? R there any soft or hard caps I should be aware of?

Dex is prefered, however as tank you look for HP and armor and that gives "of will" gear, which has str and mana.
