This is actually incorrect. Archon bonus is the exception on this rule.

It does stack, but it doesn't give 2.5% - at least not at lv41. For me at least, it only gives 1.7% (give or take).

Armor ones give stable 93-98 which is almost 5% if your armor is lower than 2k. I'll have to test again for damage to get the exact percent.
