Spacetime not answering to my support tickets,

Whenever i send in a ticket they just auto check as resolved without sending an email back, can anyone help me figure out how to fix this,

This happens when you've had a history with spamming the support team with various requests that they have repetitively denied because they are either unable to fulfill the requested action, the requested action goes against ToS, the requested action affects another player's playing rights, or the requested action awards you free items. Even after they explain to you why they can't do it, you keep spamming them over that case.

This is a precautionary measure to save time from any future attempts to spam them.
