I believe you can find it after any map (after you kill the boss).

For Bael 2 : Windmoore Harbor, Skull Cove, Mount Spyr, Crystal Caverns

For Krunch 2: Oltgar Keep, Ancient Mariner Reef


To spawn, kill main bosses from these maps. Chances are slim ranging from your first run (happened twice to me) up to 8+hours or even days if you're unlucky. They will spawn somewhere in the boss area. I don't know if they have been scaled up though but they are "Elite" bosses on a normal map with a skull icon above their heads.

No, I think they changed it so that you can find Bael or Krunch on any map, not just the selected maps you mentioned.
