    Default lost my main character

    Dear sts,

    Ive lost my main character, Lunatyx. I was normally using that account and character normally last night, but when i woke up this morning, i lost my character. And when im logging in with same email it brings me to making new account and character. Ive been playing this game for long and i did spent some moneys, and i lost my character with a weird way like this. Please help me and find out what is really happening to my main character (Lunatyx) i really want it back and play normally again. Please read this thread, i will be very appreaciate it. And i did sent emails to you guys about this.

    Hey there!

    My recommendation would be to contact our support team at support@spacetimestudios.com. Make sure to include information including any changes you have made to your device since the last time you played. For example, if you reset your phone to factory settings and reinstalled the game, this is important for them to know. They will look into helping you recover your character or get back onto your account.

    Hey,

    Thanks for the attention. I did sent emails with pictures and evidence and explained the case. I posted the case on space time studios on desk.com,i did post a thread here, and i keep updating the info, about the changes ive been made with the character and account. But its only an auto machine who replied my emails. I hope sts support crews will really read it and taking an action. Thanks you for your attention.

    Hey Mr. Arpluvial,

    I did sent some emails, with the explanation about the things i did to my device, my account, and even the character. Im trying to complete the infos and keep updating it. I really hope that you guys will help me. >_<
