Foreword
I'm Regretted, one of the officers from a great guild known as Latinos Twinks, which you shall see the beauty of in just a few scrolls
Origination
In May 2013, a group of friends from <Latinos> made an all twink guild which called <Latinos Twinks> with Kykiio as the first ever leader. The guild grew into a big guild with the ultimate rule, "Guild First", where it still stands as a reputable guild despite its age.
Change has been the most constant in one's existence and challenges abound in every endeavour. Members come and go but what remains is how the guild members have evolved from mere in game acquaintances to real life friends.
Through experiences, members have learnt the LT spirit; one of trust and loyalty, a unifying strength that merges members together, despite obstacles we may face.

Guild Rules & Regulations
1) Guild > Allies > Friendly guilds > Friends. The rationale behind this is that all our guild members are part of the LT family, a common cause, and our loved ones.
2) When a member needs assistance, always help them quickly by joining or answering quickly. If the room poses a zonal requirement obstruction to you, please do inform them through pms or guildchat.
3) When in the arena, don't leave guild members behind before informing them that the situation is not salvageable and that leaving is the best option.
4) If you need to leave in a guild war, prearrange a switch from a guildie or another friend before leaving. Leaving without any form of warning is highly frowned upon. [And please do remember to arrange switches in ptchat, officer chat or pms, the enemies at 14 are tenacious at blocking ]
5) If you want a vs, kindly ask the guildie for a vs and not randomly attack and kill them while they're afk and say that it was a vs.
6) Always always help allied guilds in the arena; they are part of the LT family too. [Since LT has multiple allies, when there is a guild war between 2 allied guilds, you may choose to help whichever side, but leaving is recommended to prevent unnecessary conflict]
7) Guild title must be on at all times.
8) There is always a time for everything, enjoy helping each other. That's why its called a guild
Guild Values
We expect members to able to think and perform actions with maturity. This includes winning humbly and losing with dignity. Primary guiding values for LT are Loyalty and Trustworthiness, which we view in high esteem.
Values we adhere daily and hope members can depart and impart from the guild are: Patience, perseverance, responsibility, selflessness, respect, camaraderie, adaptability and most of all wisdom in all that they do; so to allow them to better play their roles in everyday life.

Rationale for
Allies: No attacking or engaging in battle whatsoever.
Rationale for
Friendlies: Same as allied guilds, but the alliance isn't as sacred, so if they attack, hit back, but remind them that we are friendly to each other and unless they attack again, do not provoke or instigate another conflict.
These are the brick and mortar of LT that keep the guild staying together despite hardships. Every one of these are capable individuals at not only battling, but practising maturity and displaying a good role model for the next generation to behold.

Ahhh here comes the exciting part :P.
These people are amazing individuals, the very representation of the LT spirit and the force of the guild. The men and women here all are exemplary people, of different backgrounds, age and ethnicity but still are able to coexist together very well and bring the guild into higher heights with their capable leadership and maturity.

Any problems within the guild can be aimed towards the officers by all means.
On another note, LT has a large number of recruiters which cannot be listed down all at once, but I'll sieve out the more prominent ones for you guys to contact them if need be
Promotions
You may ask the guild master for a promotion when he's online, but don't expect to get one very soon :P.
The criteria for promotions is an arduous one, you need to prove your worth to the guild but helping constantly and selflessly give to the guild. As long as you have proven to be a capable fighter and a capable member of the inner circle of LT through being trustworthy and loyal, I believe it isn't too hard to be recruiter
However, the path to become
officer isn't very smooth. To become officer, one must show an extreme amount of loyalty and respect towards the guild, and not just the members; by truly understanding the guild and it's values. Moreover, you must have shown time after time that you can think level-headedly in tough situations and resolve member crises if they should emerge. Being an officer also shows the amount of trust the guild has in you, and the burden of bringing the guild to newer heights will be emergent.

How to get recruited
To get recruited into LT, we have little requirements. We generally put you in if you:
1) Have decent to above average gear
2) Have decent stats for your class to be able to hold off enemies in guild wars.
3) Seem trustworthy and not trying to get enlisted for the purpose of espionage.
4) Have a positive kdr
That being said, there isn't a clear standard to the requirements for entering the guild, and the criteria ranges from recruiter to recruiter and officer to officer. But those are the general things we look out for.
We are planning to implement new criteria soon, so I will update this
Guild Events
LT Generally holds guild events in celebration of a new season in Arcane Legends, a new officer promotion and anniversaries.
Recently, LT celebrated its 1st year as <Latinos Twinks>, and the pics will be up in the reserved posts once I get it sorted out.
Prizes in these contests range from 50k + 3 legendary items as the base to mythic pets and legendary pets + gold!
However, LT is strict on the notion that these events are strictly for members only and thus recruitment of members [exception for alt accounts from existing members] would be shut down 2 days before the announcement of the events.
They're generally held at HK time [GMT +8] for your information
The rules and regulations of the events would be given out on the event itself, which is generally a podium to promote and recognize achievements of the guild and the contests to get items are Q n A sessions about AL trivia most of the time.
Being in the guild hall isn't necessary, but it is encouraged to keep chats in guildchat to a minimum [and talking as a whole] and also not partake in PvP.
