% run speed

Hi,

I bought our friend Scorch in market in order to go faster. I have a mage and i often launch a spell that add 25% i have also 3 points that add 3%.

So i can hope to have
15%(scorch) + 25% + 3% = 48% run faster

But it seems that there is no difference with or without scorch when 25% spell is launch

Worse i make some test with war we run at same speed when he launches a spell that add 10% and his 5 points skill so 15% add when i have 48%. The same when we have no pets and launch our spell so 15% for him 28% for me.

Is there a problem with speed or a limit. I bought scorch just in order to run faster. If there is a limit, i dont need it on my sorcerer so 250 plats spent not usefull.

Yeah, I learned that of all % buffs(except crit and dodge), only highest buff applies.
This includes: Dmg, armor, speed and I think that's it.

I've been told speed can stack up to a maximum of 25% added. I don't know if it's correct but the people that told me are very reliable with this type of information.

Do we have sometimes official response ?

And what doing with that pet that i bought for nothing can we rescue plats in some case or have the pet change on other caracter prefer scorch on rogue than mage if i don t run faster. 250 plats is not nothing for me...

And i will make the test another time between me and war because it seems that with only our spell that give 25% for me and about 15% max for him we seem to run same speed <= TO CONFIRM

About plat refund, you can't get refund(maybe unless pet is lvl 1), trust me.
2 months ago, when I started playing, I didn't know about passive unstacking thing, so I put 3 points in dmg passive, emailed STS when I found out about it and I got this:
"Thank you for taking the time to contact Spacetime Studios Support. While we always strive to provide the best possible support to our players, we are unfortunately unable to provide free respecs. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience."
So I had to wait for free respec week.

if u get 25% buff from ur pet and u buy speed elixir 15% = 40% ( do not except this) cos u only get high % buff tht means ur speed elixir its useless when u equiped pet

Yeah those % buffs are misleading and usually the strongest buff wins other than crit and Dodge. In other words, archon rings are junk as well.
