ive been in a lot of groups and they dont stick together. being the heals in a group its hard for me to keep tabs on all the healing. or dps charges in not waiting for the tank. but it makes healing exciting to say the least lol.

Regarding the Bear Tank role, you should also focus on getting as much dodge as you possibly can.
Imo, dodge > armour.
