I started a new account and got Silver 2 in 2 days after finishing my provisionals (my MMR is extremely high, I skipped from Silver 4 to Silver 2 in one promotion). Anyway, if you wanna duo queue (preferably ranking with at least Gold, I still want my OP MMR, I'm planning to make it to Gold 5 tomorrow), feel free to do so. Trust me when I say getting into and out of gold is complete luck. Silver I-Gold III is literally the saltiest part of League of Legends ranked.
My friend (cunari) went from 0 LP S1 to gold V in a night because the enemy team didn't ban braum or lucian 10 games in a row, so he and his duo partner just hard carried every game.
I have yet to find a decent team in Silver I (this season and last).

It's low elo, it makes sense. But when you say salty, I'm not too sure on that..

They aren't necessarily bad players, they just go hardcore flame/rage at anyones smallest mistake. Though, I must say, I have not seen a single good bot lane at Silver I/Gold V. Most either feed or win because of jungle camp. I heard plat V is pretty awful too.
Meh, I think any bot lane that is Lucian/Braum or Trist/Nami can carry no matter how bad they are.

Braum is banned every game and no to the second because no one plays nami in low elo. My friend used to ban blitzcrank just to force teammates onto better supports.

My friend actually also banned Blitzcrank for the same reason, he also banned Warwick and Jax because people in low elo love to play the stupidest champions.

WW can be a silly champ but Jax is incredible if played right. I have never seen a nami in ranked but whenever Braum is up he is taken.
The only champion that I'm comfortable with is Kha'Zix so far. I am working on my Captain Teemo skills though.

I agree that Jax is incredible, but know one knows how to play him like that (survive laning phase, attack move without canceling any autos, etc). The same reason why you don't see Nami, no one knows how to play her, but she has incredible playmaking potential with engage and disengage. Jax also got nerfed pretty freaking hard a few patches ago, which is why he isn't seen in competitive play anymore.WW can be a silly champ but Jax is incredible if played right. Khazix is definitely the best jungler in this meta, because he has no bad matchups and can literally solo carry any game. With the nerfs to old traditional junglers like Evelynn, Lee Sin and Elise, junglers like Vi, Khazix, and Nocturne are coming back into play.The only champion that I'm comfortable with is Kha'Zix so far. I am working on my Captain Teemo skills though.
