What is best pet for MAGE?

SNS is perhaps one of the best clashing pets (next to Breeze, maybe). Can't comment on the whim bros, since I haven't seen very many people use them since they were first released last year. :/

In my honest opinion, Any pet which severely slows, or panic/freezes is a good pet. Having a slow pet like Ethyl and Yowie is nice when in VS with a rogue so they cannot reach their packs. The reason why you need a panic pet like Samael or Slag is because stun pets will follow your Fireball stun immunity thus making the upgrade for the stun useless and that is why not many people use stun pets. Samael and Slag are the best pets because along with the Panic you get a lovely happiness bonus. Crawly is a great pet for a small amount. His stun is aesthetically pleasing but the only problem with it is that you can cast skills whilst you are stunned with his type of stun. So it is not useful in VS with warriors who's heal does not require them to move as the Rogue's heal skill does.

tl;dr

Slag and Samael good in vs rogue and warriors and mages
ethyl yowie crawly good for vs rogues

Excluding SnS and Nekro, Samael and Singe as arcane, slag or grimm as mytic, colton (very cheap now) or blinky as legendary.
