link items in chat
It has probably been suggested already, but here goes anyway. Has it been brought to the design table for an option to "link" items in chat mode?
Everquest had this option..
example..
in chat "hey guys, check out this "torch" i just looted.
torch would be inserted into chat in a different color after clicking on the torch from inventory. then whoever sees it, can click on it to see the stats..
Well I like the idea alot. This was very useful when I played world of Warcraft.
It would only be useful if we could check the stats from the chat. Or preview it.

Yup found it extremely useful in WoW too. I'm not sure how it would come out on our screens though. Like the CS "preview on avatar" page but with equipment stats too?
