I am not a mage but I would tell dova is cheaper and better..

Noooo dova is terrible. Hammerjaw is the best followed by glacian. Truth be told dova never stuns which is very important as a mage and it is not cost effective whatsoever.Originally Posted by Dill1sHere

Hammerjaw is probably the best out of these 3 but i suggest getting slag since it costs less.

Dovabear has a great stat bonus but his Passives and AA are useless! Honestly for a mage I would advise getting Slag instead of those Arcanes.

Actually slag is one of the best pets for all classes....
Slag is more preferred and beneficial for pve. Unless you wanna pvp then choose arcanes like sam

I had the money for all of those pets and a Ker'shal, I ended up trading the Ker'shal for Singe + 2M and a pro said open lol
