are vials lootable without finishing parchment quest

As far as I know they are.. but the drop rate is so low on them that they are almost non-existent.

Ive ran almost 50 timed elites for the pre bash halloween contest this week. Not once have i seen a vial drop for any of the group members.

basically, these vials do DROP without completing the quest , so have no worries
secondly it is best recommended to go the elite zones where you usually never go or where you go less , the drop rates are massive out there...

Don't give the op confusing information. The vials are found in elite shuyal and elite tindirin. They are extremely rare you will be lucky to be very get a single vial, let alone 15 if you actually loot fossil.

I run for hours in elite zones and have seen two drop: one in elite trails and one in elite magma. They are not a reroll you don't need luck lix. Also, you do not need to complete the quest to loot vial.

Reality is the fossil is so difficult to obtain this entire quest chain is basically a wash and completely flawed. Not to mention the pet stats are typo, it reads 40% banish and Sts confirmed this should say panic.

thanks for info i run elite shuyal/tindirin all the time never seen a drop guess the drop rate is super low

Correct. It's very very low... We have complained about this in many threads, however since Fossil never drops either the majority of us consider this entire topic a wash. :/ The pet is really just a vanity item TBH anyways. Useless.

At this point, I would like to see the parchments removed completely. I would much rather receive an Elite Golden instead of the 5k parchment.

The whole problem with the Nekro and Parchment quest lines are that fossils do not exist, and neither do the vials. I've opened two hundred arena chests, I personally know of at least two thousand chests opened, and no one has looted a fossil from the arena.

Check out the Elite Runners contest currently going on (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...s-gt-s-Contest), currently over 1,100 elite runs in Tindirin and Shuyal.....guess how many vials have been found by my guild.....exactly zero. And these are just the runs from the past week (since they are currently being logged).

Add in another one hundred runs from my own contest (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...alloween-Bash!), again zero vials.

By the end of the Elite Runners contest, I would expect to have well over 1,500 total runs in elite Tindirin and Shuyal, and I also expect to have 0 vial drops.

There's rare drops and there's trolling, both the Fossil and the Vials are troll bait.
