Play store notificated me that new app version available,i downloaded and updated,but cannot login

Hm, did a few runs the was stuck on loading reloaded app and now this



Edit: now seems ok

Generally best to restart the app (or restart the device if you don't know the app manager) after a version update, so all your cache is groovy.
