Check out the store now through Nov. 3rd for an item pack with a chance of Mask and Machete. Smash up crates, barrels and other destructibles to find the Rare Ghost. Slay him for a chance to find the Harvest Moon Remnant gem, orange whisp pet and vanity overalls.

Honestly every DL player's heart was ripped out today so many hopes crushed I understand arcane is your main focus and I respect that it keeps business going for you guys but you can't just forget your old products as a company you'd think there would be more love for your past games like you guys said without the learning of sl and DL arcane wouldn't be possible so then where's the compassion??? This is supposed to be our Christmas everyone on dark legends dreams about Halloween all year and this was really the last straw R.I.P dark legends

Seriously ? .... Should of expected it ... Had my hopes up for nothing . C'mon spacetime this game has so much potential I would of expected such big surprises for dark legends and all you give us is an orange wisp ? We've had the same content for past halloweens ... I was about to quit but figured you'd make up for lack of updates on Halloween event but After this update ... Im almost done and I'm sure I'm speaking for many dl players aswell because I've had many friends feel the same way . Now I really want to quit . You're making us in dl feel left out and hidden under dust . I really love dl but this ... I feel like you've left us behind :'(

Was very disappointed also, I was waiting months for this event, getting excited for new vanities(would've been content for recolored vanities), then I see it's the SAME stuff as last year! I think I'm going to quit this game tbh, not even worth waiting for anything anymore. The only people they want to attract is new players who dislike AL, the order players are just slept under he rug once again.

DL has been steadily on the decline for awhile now, this event is a prime example of that, I imagine SL and PL are faring no better. STS really need to give the game a good overhaul, I can't see it lasting another year if this lack of new content keeps up.

Still, the event is fun despite being a little disappointing, the orange wisp looks really nice and I love the pumpkins in the street ^_^

Dl got the better end of the stick on this one, sl just got recycled vanities minus a few from last time. Dl got like 1 new vanitie but still the same old crap from last time too

This is my third Halloween on DL....while I would have loved seeing something completely new...I am still enjoying the event. A lot of people haven't played during Halloween before and it is fun seeing friends have a chance to loot items that are new to them. I also like that they changed the Orange wisp a bit from the other wisps.

Just a suggestion but maybe next year...how about whatever vanity you make for AL...you also port it to the other games for Halloween? Then all your players would be happy.

unfortunately, i knew this was going to happen. if they released the info weeks before they brought out the update, people wouldve been even more angry, thats why they released the announcement the day they had the event. kinda sucks

I know that a recycled event can be disappointing. We love the Halloween spirit in DL and wish that we had the time and the manpower to create something new in Dark Legends for each event. Unfortunately, as you all know, we have a small team and a lot of games to maintain. With most of our player base in Arcane Legends, that is where most of our development time goes. We will continue to update Dark Legends with seasonal events (even if they are repeats of prior years), weekend events, etc. For now, this is what is in our power to do while still keeping a realistic workload for our development team. We sincerely hope that you understand.

Well....*tries hard to stay positive*....if you are going to recycle events...it would be nice to see the Summer Solstice one return. For those that don't know what that event is:

A chance to loot an undead and opportunity to get a level 36 version of my solstice fire star gem would make me happy.
