Another problem after the lag/dc fix?

I dont know if this bug only applied to me. But I after having updated the recent update that was supposed to fix the dc and lag problems, I went in and wanted to do a few event runs. Just now. As I entered the portal, I was redirected to patch the whole game in the patching screen. Nonetheless my energy was gone. I am very sure this is not supposed to happen immediately after problems were fixed.
