Arcane weapon

Hello all,
Can you find them arcane weapons of different levels even if you're already level 41?If yes, levels are 31,36 and 41?so it's just a matter of luck?

No, the arcane weapons are scaled according to season and do not go up in lvls.

Arcane Hooks are lvl 26, Arcane Maul 31, and Arcane Staff is 36 no matter what.

You can loot arcane weapons at any level. For instance, if you have a level 5 twink that you pop crates on, you can still find a maul in a crate. The maul will be the level it was released at though (31), not scaled to your toon at level 5.
