DC'd from AL During Entering The Event Battleground

Sup guys, im here today to explain what happen during the event to me. I used 2/3 of my energy to go to the event bosses and had a great battle. Love the Bosses by the way. Now I was on my last energy happy person as some are. Right when I enter the battle my ping just starts shooting thru the roof. It normally doesn't do that. So i was promoted with the "You have been disconnected from the server" message. So i came to the forums to see if there's anyway I can get my 1 energy returned or not. Here is my pics from my Macbook air (with exact time/date.) If not I understand but please try to help.
