death blaster or sunblessed bow??

Which should I be using. The sunblessed bow has much more dps. Is there a reason most everyone is using the blaster?

Blaster makes your skills do more damage, works better against high armor enemies due to higher base damage.

The bow has better damage and a nice blinding proc. The blaster has longer range and a cool look/sound (this last reason is why I think most use it ).

Depends really. You looking for pvp/pve? Even in PvP it depends which map or who your up against. Lol

But yeah, overall I prefer bow.

Same here, I prefer the bow over the blaster, like they said the proc and the dps is where the bow is at and also idk it just feels nice to have a big long bow. I always picture archers as bowmen so that prolly sways my decision a little bit too.

Archers should use the gun in pvp and bow in pve, IMO. The gun range is just crazy vs the bow, sadly.

i use the sentinal set w shotgun for clearing and sunblessed bow set for bosses.

Not true, the bow actually has higher damage. The only thing the gun has going for it is longer range

Dont forget gun has a higher crit in contrast u lose hit% by using blaster vs bow but the range really matters a bit vs kiteable opponents ( pvp ) both are good depends a bit on ur playstyle as well imo.

I just think the fact that the bow blinds your target (same hit% debuff as maxed blinding shot) makes it the clear choice for PvP. That just seems so much more significant than a little Crit or range.

Procc does not stack with blinding and 2 or 3 Auto attacks more can deciede the battle so after being repulsed the gun still hits u and bow is out of range

Hmm when I tested it a while back it did stack with the skill's debuff (and could even stack with itself occasionally)... Are you sure it doesn't now? I guess they could have changed it...

So u noticed a reduce in hit% off 75%? Wow insane i tested it a while ago in real battle i couldnt really notice it

I did PvP testing a while ago and saw it stack. Honestly I thought it was pretty OP so I really wouldn't be surprised if they nerfed that since.

Both have +10 skill damage, but blaster has more range, crit, and regen. Sunblessed has a hit% debuff, which stacks with blast shots debuff I believe, so it's basically.

More weapon damage, and hit% debuff vs More range, crit, and regen.

I would use SB for pve, Death set for PvP.

Cyber Blaster of the Void, Sentinel Shotgun of Death, Mega Blaster of the Void, and Sunblessed Bow of the Void can all be used with very similar results in PvE.
