Why pay more for Kershal, when you can get a Lost Souls for way less and have more skill damage. Might I add Lost Souls Proc is definitely better with Deminishing Crit and chance to reduce enemies Armor and Crit 15%.

Those of you might ask why not go for gun, price is right in the middle and it's the best for mage, I agree. But for a pve perspective or tomb farming, staff is definitely better.

Most of my guild has already sold the nub lolli and switched to the scythe. It's cheap, crits like a mofo, and let's face it the Kershal was never a great weapon in the first place aside from looking cool.

And if any of you who disagree with me on this post and own a scythe, open trade with me in game I will buy it off you for a good price.

Selling scythe

I always thought if "Damage" is higher on 1 weapon it means the raw skill damage will be higher accordingly, guess i was wrong but how to make sense of it?

Which stat indicates that raw skills damage on the scythe will be higher than kershal?

Forget what is said earlier for those who saw it. They must have at some point change the lvl36 and lvllvl41 scythe as my lvl36 is now properly hitting more than one mob, just in a very narrow cone. I used to not be this way as I have tested it extensively in the past...

Nice pickup though, it is sort of analogous to the situation with the lvl31 maul and the lvl36 glaive, with the glaive having less damage but higher skill damage because it is a higher level weapon...

I would but both are crafting right now and only one has para so unfair comparison.......but

Gun is best followed by scythe and lastly kershal.....in that order

keep in mind this is not including procs because each proc has its own quality and all 3 are different

I am basing my statement upon the fact that i consider damage, more importantly skill damage the most important stat for a mage

So, Skill dmg is not based on Dmg/dps stats... we also do not know how the armor dmg reduction works nor the crates odds; i think we need some explantions about game mechanics

This is true. You give up the kershal hp when you go scythe but mages aren't supposed to be tanks anyways.

these guys are just praising the scythe due to its low price, and maybe just trying to raise its price a bit, kershal is still the better than scythe, we dont have a proof in the first post that he equiped either kershal or scythe, he can manipulate it easily by switching photos, dont fall for it guys...

Yeah no. I was there when two made the Ss and they are legit. I sold my kershal for this stick it's the superior weapon for all the reasons mentioned. Most of the top end game mages who prefer staves have already switched.
