A mob got pushed the wall?!

Okay i were playing AO3 : Victory Lap and me and the party were killing the Alien Beserker outside The Keeper's room... We pushed him up in the corner just outside the room we used stomp(i think) me and the other warrior. The mob got pushed through the wall and came back out to us again where we killed him... Is that something that happens normally ?? I gess not ... Have u seen anything similar?

ive had a similar experience with keeper where we pushed into corner and after that he dissapeared and came back a sec later very wierd i guess

I don't think it usually happens but I've seen it before when farming Toy Man. It doesn't help or hurt though.

It used to happen all the time (remember the swamps

but now is somewhat more rare.
