Game stuck on elite maps mostly

me and my friend always party together and do elites both of us but in d middle of the game my screen stuck and I can see my player moving and performing skills on her screen . But my screen jams and after some time is lags out/dced.. And same is happening wid her .. I am on iPad and my freind is on android..
Please help resolve this issue

Same happens to beg and I (bros). I don't think that is a lag issue, I think this is a server problem. After x amount of time u will dc.

Yes this what happens ,, and even till now m having d same issue. Wasted so much on elixr..
