    Default <Death Penalty>





    Things To Take Note

    <Death Penalty> has since been relocated to <I Death Penalty I> after unfortunate and......unexplained circumstances. The bulk of the recruiters and officers remains intact and so will the allied guilds. The new guild master would be Demoninsideme, who was a former officer.




    Origin

    On August 19, a group of friends from <Latinos Twinks> made a guild known then as <One Size Fits All> to overcome a crisis within the original guild. Since then, that pilot guild has been made into what is now known as <Death Penalty>. The guild has started with a small group of strong and loyal members who were more than willing to contribute however much they can, and is now expanding at a steady and constant rate.
    Challenging endeavours have tried the guild's stability over and over again, but it has still stood strong despite obstacles appearing on our path.
    Members can join and leave at will, but true members of the family stick together regardless of the odds stacked against us!


    Regulations

    Order and propriety are of utmost importance to a guild's stability and DP has it's own set of statutes.

    1) Keep your guild title on at all times in a PvP room! - This is important to prevent any attacks from your own guildmates or allied guilds which can cause big misunderstandings. Prevention is better than cure!

    2) Racism, ageism, sexism, or any kind of rude discriminatory behaviour is not tolerated. - We expect members to have their own sense of self-respect and empathy towards others; even towards enemies.

    3) No attacking guildmates. - This is pretty much self-explanatory, we are all part of a family and we shouldn't stab our own partners in the back. Excuses like 'Testing Crit' would be accepted with severe warnings as you need to ask for permission before doing things like that too.

    4) No usage of spies. - This rule is enforced to serve as a form of respect to the privacy of opposing guilds and as a reminder that we should focus our attention towards our own guild, not another.

    5) No usage of dummies. - This rule is enforced as we do not want members to stoop to the level of using dummies as it is unfair to people on the leaderboards who have truly earned their place there without cheating.

    6) No leaving a guild war before arranging a swap. - We do not want members to leave a guild war because they're afraid of KDR problems. But if you truly are conscious about it, pm or ptchat another friend or guildmate who can take your spot in the guild war. No using of guild chat as much as possible as we are still unsure about spies. If the situation seems hopeless, the officers will analyse the situation and act according to the scenario.

    7) Help allied guilds if they're in need. - Again, pretty self-explanatory. If our allies need help, being in an alliance necessitates us to help them to the best of our ability. If you're unsure of the allied or friendly guilds, you can always pm an officer. (We normally do broadcasts for allied guilds. I do it about 3 times a day)


    Any language is allowed in guildchat C: we are an international and open-minded guild.


    Guild Values

    Think before you act! Respect is pivotal in maintaining a good image of not only the guild but yourself in the game and what comes out of your fingers should always be constructive or at the very least, not silly. C:
    We would like every member to be able to enjoy camaraderie in fun conversations in guild chat, winning, losing or just hanging out with each other! The most important thing is to have fun! C:

    The following guilds are in a friendly relationship with <Death Penalty> and should not be attacked.

    Neutrals:



    Against Allies, please take note that attacking is forbidden! However, against Friendly guilds, you may hit back if they provoke or display aggressive behaviour towards us.
    In any case of guilds in an alliance attacking <I Death Penalty I>, immediately report to an officer or the GM/Officer of that particular guild. [And please make sure your title was on :C]



    The Administrative Council

    The following people are the band of members that have proven to be able to take on leadership posts in the guild, solve problems and also strive to bring the guild to greater heights! In any case of mishap or misunderstandings, you should report to them. They're all amiable and approachable so don't be hesitant to drop by a pm! They may not be sane but they will be able to help you C:.

    Promotion Criteria

    The promotion criteria for recruiters and officers ranges.
    To be a Recruiter, you must first demonstrate a willingness to help and participate in guild activities and also to be able to be trusted to handle guild problems when officers are not online and also to be able to properly identify potential members and distinguish players who are worthy/unworthy of the guild invitation. When you're a recruiter you're an ambassador of the guild so put up a nice performance for everyone else to see xoxo.
    To be an Officer, the rigorous criteria demands utmost loyalty to the guild and faith in the part of the guild master. You must be able to handle drama, guild wars and conflicts whenever they appear and solve them quickly with minimal damage to the guild. You will also be tasked to enforce guild rules and remove spies and anyone who fails to uphold the rules with haste.



    Recruitment Criteria

    Currently, as of Season 6's Halloween Event, the recruitment criteria is as follows:
    1) Positive or closely positive KDR

    As for the individual classes, [the stats go in the order of LvL 12/LvL 13/LvL 14 and would exclude para gems.]

    Rogue
    HP: 1600/1650/1700
    Dmg: 120/122/125
    Mana: 700/750/800


    Warrior
    HP: 2300/2350/2400
    Dmg: 65/70/80
    Mana: 450/450/450

    Sorcerer
    HP:1600/1650/1700
    Dmg: 125/127/130
    Mana: 1500/1500/1500

    Subject to change according to your stat preferences.


    Guild Events

    Guild events would be held out in QnA short quizzes with prizes which are decided beforehand.
    Currently, guild events occur for milestone achievements like Guild Anniversaries.

    rogues criteria doesnt match on your actual guild members, too soft and lack of skill every time i fight with them
