My 3g didn't work. When i went to school i tried the school's network (wifi) and it worked

Yeh its still constantly doing it for me as well....ill log out for a few mins and when i come back its saying down for maitenence....after waiting a lil bit it will come back...really annoying

Yes it's an ongoing issue. There's a thread with a dev response (though not from today) here:
