Continuous DC and server down

I know STS has been doing work on AL. But the issues in PL are now unbearable.

Been trying to play for an hour with no ping and about 4 DCs. Then when trying to log back in, says server is down.


On iPad 3. iOS 7.1.1

I'll try other devices tmrw.

I am dealing with the same issue: "Server down for matenance" etc.

However I have found a temporary workaround I'll share.

For some reason when I switch devices I.E. Go from my laptop to my phone after this occurs I am able to log into the game again but only until I DC the first time. Then that device gives me the message again that the server is down. I am able to switch back to the other device, reset my connection and login to the game again. I have no idea why this works, but at least I can get in for brief sessions.

If you have two devices, give this a try if you are just sitting there waiting/retrying and getting the server down message. Hope this helps someone out there.

Also seems to have better chance to connect if I erase the game data each time. Hope this gets resolved soon, I know there is another thread on this already, sorry for posting this info here if there is already another thread addressing this. Going to look now for any threads addressing this and add a link to this post if I find.

Been dcing everyday 5 or more times its very annoying and should be fixed asap.

I use a Kindle Fire Tablet and IPhone 5s and its been happening for the past week.

Still experiencing this issue in PL and AL. Same thing in both. Except now clearing cache and resetting connection no longer fixes it. Any suggestions?

Yeh im still having the same issue....initial login works fine but as soon as u log out and try to come back it gives u server maitenence message for awhile

Well yesterday I was seeing people saying they were having problems logging in but I had no issues at all until today. It isn't disconnects but once I logged out for breakfast I haven't been able to log back in since. I just get that "server is down for maintenance" message that others are saying they get too.

I think it's happening to just about everyone

I have noticed (whenever I can get on) there's not as much people in PL, even though PL has been dropping, it's been able to keep a steady amount-ish, but now I feel like a lot are forced off. That's my theory anyways.

I have also noticed (yes, I'm extremely observative) that if you quit PL, delete the app history of PL [Dont actually delete the app, just app HISTORY] and restart it over a few times you can SOMETIMES go around it and log in, at least it worked for me a few times.

I logged in once this morning it was fine. I tried again now and 'server is down' keeps popping up.

Closed app - message still pops up.

Restarted device - message still pops up

I can't login either... Tried reopening the game a hundred times, but doesn't work �� i hope it's fixed soon
