cant login, message: under maintainance

Same thing happens to me every time I go to log in.

Same issue here. Running on android 5.0. When logging off game I see a brief screen flicker with the server maintenance dialog. The next time I log in, the screen persists and is stuck on the maintenance dialog. I can only return to game by rebooting phone.
