Yeah still lootable but I think the drop rate went lower since the new updates.

That sounds about right, make everyone excited that it actually drops now, and then secretly nerf the recipe back 2 arcane status.

From a business perspective that sounds about right wouldnt u say?

Dont forget to have double odds weekend to devalue all items
and also make a distraction from the fact that they secretly nerf it back to nonexistence.
