Steels are orange rarity, so it's better to not have a reroll, others lix like classy looter can help by reducing the total possible items that can drop to you.

You can specifically delete the luck elixir & leave the others on some combo elixirs (not free daily 3x) in the inspect page.
Don't buy shamus.
