I bought plat but didnt recieve on ios device

I went to the store and bought a $25 itunes card. When i got home i used it and bought the 19.99 deal. When i biught i never recieved the plat. Now theres a big argument with apple and spacetime studios. Hpe can i get my plat please respond. I wasted my money and didnt get anything....
