• Maneater in Jurn Woods, Nordr has had the spawn rate of his piglet adds reduced
• Players that have completed "[Elite] Planar Tombs Dungeon 3" quest can now craft Planar Fragments using Planar Essences
• Sorcerer's Arcane Shield has had its cooldown reduced by 10%, and the amount of damage absorbed has been increased by 10%
• Elite Planar Tombs Chests have had their drop rate slightly increased
• Elite Planar Tombs Chests can now be purchased for 40 Planar Fragments from Mercier in the Tombs Hub
• Breeze's freezing passive and Activated Ability stuns are now subject to temporary immunity in PvP

Thought the event was today... Regardless great and necessary updates for Breeze and shield CD. But a reduction in damage absorption? I hope that's a typo or you're going to have mages quitting left and right.

Actually, they weren't nerfed. We just made a typo in the changeset. The cooldown time was decreased by 10% and the damage absorbed was increased by 10%.

Good update overall but where's the fix for recipe rates? I am sure it's not that hard to incorporate. The drop rates are an absolute joke and let me tell you: nobody's laughing.
